Ethiopian Civil Service University Public Service Reform Center organized a seminar on April 27, 2017 at Hidase Hall. At the opening of the seminar Dr. Birhanu Belayneh Vice President for Research and Community Service said ECSU has done a lot on reform works for the last two decades by realizing the vision of transforming the public sectors of the country .Recently the University opened two centers which contribute to the reform works. So this seminar helps as an input for our research works he added.
